To where do you ship? 

We currently ship our products to Australia, Canada, UK and USA

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Each journal is made and shipped to you individually after you place your order. Please note that this takes a few days. But you can be sure that it will be printed for you with a lot of care. 

Our estimated shipping times (below) also include the time required to print your items and vary dependent on the type of postage. 

UK (5-13 days)

USA (10-19 days)

Canada (5-13 days)

Australia (10-15 days)

Is tracking available on postage?

Tracking is available for all items sent through express postage and for some countries using standard postage.

Can I follow up on the shipping status?

If you have any questions about the shipment status, please contact our customer service at any time. Tracking is also available in some countries.
